At NovaFix, we stand behind our repair services and want you to feel confident when you choose us.

Coverage

All repairs performed by NovaFix are covered with a 6-month warranty. This warranty includes issues related to the parts we replace and the repair service provided.

What’s Included

  • Defects in replacement parts provided by NovaFix.
  • Service-related issues within the warranty period.
  • Free re-repair if the same issue occurs again under normal usage.

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage caused by liquid spills, accidents, or misuse after repair.
  • Physical damage (broken screens, dents, etc.) not related to the repair.
  • Unauthorized repairs performed by third parties after NovaFix service.
  • Software issues, viruses, or data loss.

Claim Process

To claim a warranty, please bring your device along with the repair invoice to our service center. Our team will inspect the device and proceed with the necessary service.

Important Notes

Warranty is only applicable for the specific part repaired/replaced and does not extend to the entire device. We recommend regular care and usage of your device as per the manufacturer’s guidelines.
